All the official ones (there's a list on the wiki), and all the ones that interested me from dw_community_promo, and a few others that friends have created. I'm subscribed to 181 - you can see the list on my profile.
I'm a member of a_reader_is_me, books and booknerds, which are all about reading/books. There's been some interesting reviews posted in a couple of them, but I haven't taken part much yet. Also, literaryquotes hasn't had much action as far as I remember but I like the idea.
What kind of writing comms? I haven't come across any original writing comms I liked (though I'm sure they're out there); I know of a few fandom ones.
If you want writing prompts, there's dailyprompt (which I mod), tuesday376 and stayintheroom. There's also originalfiction, if that's the kind of thing you were meaning. And nano_writers. There's also fantasy and I think there's a sci-fi one if you want those genres. If you want a horror one and horror isn't already taken, I'd suggest setting it up, posting in dw_community_promo and seeing who else turns up.
