I forgot how very hungry reading makes me. Especially when the book has loads of descriptions of food anyway. Sometimes it sucks a little to be a synaesthete. Or at least, it sucks to be a synaesthete with no access to tasty food right now.

Maybe I'll make some toast.

Oh, I understand completely. I was reading a book last week that was set in Mythic China, and it kept talking! About food! Good food, that I miss! Woe!

It just makes it worse that when I read I can taste the words, haha. (They don't all taste how you'd expect them to taste. And some words have tastes that other people find really weird when I tell them. E.g. torture = dark chocolate.)
