I think something smells funny in my apartment, but I can't really tell because my sense of smell is so bad. It's like I can tell there's something in the air, but not what.

It's like they're being eaten.

It's a bit distressing how often I wander around my flat going "But I just had pants".

(Pants = slacks here, not underpants. I tend to know where my underpants are.)

I might as well join some communities...

Why am I putzing around on Dreamwidth and not writing my essays?

Failing that, why aren't I at least reading my book so I don't stay up too late to finish it?

*sigh*

The lady whom I cherish is enamored of a fool.

When did it become acceptable practice in society to begin any conversation that involves resolving a problem by screaming at the top of your lungs at the person that could help you?

cold feet

I was searching around dreamwidth for a weight loss and exercise community; but I haven't found any yet. I'm afraid to make my own because I know how inconsistent I am when it comes to exercising and I don't want any lack of activity on my part to hurt a community I make.

Internet actions are serious business, haha.

The power cord briefly stopped working on my computer. I instantly felt like my life was over at that moment. When did the computer suddenly become that important to me?

Huh

The hands of my watch glow in the dark. I'd never noticed before.

My co-workers and I were talking about candy.

M&M's was mentioned.

I made a comment about the tan M&M's.

My co-workers gave me a blank stare.

They had no idea what I was talking about.

I felt old...even though I'm really not. :(

I never want to go back to work after the weekend's done. I sometimes wish I had a job where I did.

irritating thought

It irritates me that in a quiet zone with "no cellphones" written on every available surface, there are people making lots of noise and chatting on cell phones.

LJ News

Today's news email had quite a lot of advertising in it. I'd never noticed it being that bad before.

Chess! (not the musical)

The post below mine uses an icon with a chess set in it, and that excites me to no end - I collect chess sets. Yes, I'm that pretentious!

I am so excited to be here at DreamWidth. I wish I could invite all my friends now. :D
